With Silambattam nearing completion, Silambarasan’s next project Poda Podee - as informed by us earlier - is taking shape. As per the latest news, Poda Podee’s story is set in Canada and hence the movie will be completely shot there. It is also learnt that Poda Podee is only a name under consideration and director Vikki also has the title ‘Mr.Dandanakka / Mrs. Dandanakka’ as standby just in case if there arises a title crisis.
That apart, if Silambarasan sources are to be believed, Kettavan would be k
ick started in the month of December, however, only after Poda Podee since the ambitious Silambarasan has plans to send Kettavan to the Oscars without hindering Dasavatharam’s chances at the prestigious award ceremony. As per latest plans, Kettavan will commence in December and is slated for a 2009 release.
