Trained under director Selvaraghavan and after polishing their skills, his assistants seem to be rooting themselves strongly in Kollywood. One of his assistants, Jawahar gave the hit film Yaaradi Nee Mohini with Selvaraghavan's brother Dhanush donning the lead role along with Nayanthara. His yet another assistant Pranthaman is also all set to carve a

niche for himself by directing a film. He has titled it Selvaraghavan B.E., as a mark of respect to his guru. The film will have debutant actors in the lead roles. Selvaraghavan B.E., is a romantic drama centered around engineering college students. Gangai Amaran is back in action once again and will be scoring the music for Selvaraghavan B.E.
