If using a floor this tube will need to be shortened as it will now rest on the floor which is higher than the fuselage under surface. You need to strengthen the mounting area by bonding in a piece of 16mm plywood between the fuselage lower skin and the floor.
The position of the top face of this angle is approximately 153mm below the top engine mount bolt centreline. I have temporarily installed it with short screws. It will ultimately be bolted through the firewall.
If using aircraft bolts you'll need four AN6-31A bolts with Nyloc nuts and washers.
